Beulah Payne

Beulah PAYNE was born on July 08, 1882, in Georgia, and died on September 11, 1912, in Georgia.  She married Wiley Clayton CORLEY on July 22, 1898, in Georgia.  She is Evelyn's mother and Evelyn is one of her seven children.
