Thomas M. JACQUES was born on February 16, 1888, in Warsaw, Indiana, and died on February 01, 1914, most likely in San Fransisco, California.  He married Bertha I. RUCKER on January 15, 1908, in Jerome, Arizona.  He is Ruth's father and she is his only child.  Thomas' middle name is McKee which is his mother's maiden name.  The spelling of the name Jacques changed from Jaques, which is how it was spelled on Thomas' wedding invitation, to Jacques, which is how is how his daughter spelled it.  The picture above was taken on his wedding day and is, to the best of my knowledge, the only existing photograph of him.
