Ruth C. JACQUES was born on August 10, 1908, in Jerome, Arizona, and died on April 11, 1978, in Boulder City, Nevada.  She married Jesse O. GADDIS on June 01, 1929, in Flagstaff, Arizona.  She is Bill's mother and Bill is her only child.  Ruth's father died before she was six years old.  She was raised by her mother and stepfather, Charles "Boney" Hughes, in the boomtown of Jerome, Arizona.
