There are so many things that I'd like to share with you. Some are obstacles or speed bumps I've encountered and want to warn you about or give you ways to avoid. Others are tips for weigh-in days, low-point snacks or simple solutions to meeting those pesky program requirements. Still others are just ideas to make your weight loss journey a little easier. And, if you use the Weight Watchers Community Message Boards, I've even included a list of the most common abbreviations you'll encounter while posting.
Because I know some of you would like to have copies of the information here, I've created all my tip and tool lists to open in printer friendly windows. I hope the things you find here help you achieve the success you're looking for. Enjoy!
I'm constantly being asked about what products I use or what new things I've found that help me in my weight management problem. So, I'm making lists of these products, where they can be found, and how I use them. The lists are constantly changing, so check back often.
One of the things that has made my weight loss journey so successful this time around is learning to cook all over again. I'm really into learning new recipes and have enjoyed many of the Weight Watchers cookbooks. Part of my culinary education has included learning portion control and measurement conversions. I've found the following chart to be a great cooking tool.
Here's that list of abbreviations I mentioned earlier. If you use the Weight Watchers Community Message Boards, and I recommend them for anyone who is following the Weight Watchers program, you will find this list a valuable tool. It's hard to post to the Boards, get and recieive the available support and encouragement, if you don't know what everyone is talking about!
