Turkey Bean Soup

Ingredients:
12 oz cooked dark meat turkey, diced
1 cup carrots, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
1 cup onions, diced
15 oz canned navy beans
4 cup fat-free chicken broth
1 cup water
1 tsp liquid smoke, or to taste
1/2 tsp table salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper, or to taste
Instructions:
In a large dutch oven prepared with nonstick cooking spray, begin cooking onions and celery . Add turkey, chicken broth, water, and carrots. Bring to a gentle boil and reduce heat. Add beans, liquid smoke, salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is done and everything is heated through.
Special Information:
You can reduce the POINTS value in this soup by cutting back on the amount of turkey. Try 8 oz of turkey and the POINTS value will decrease to 4 per serving. Either way, this soup is a delicious way to use leftover holiday turkey!
