Ingredients:
1 can Campbell's condensed Tomato Soup
6 oz cooked chicken breast, diced
½ cup pico de gallo
¼ cup fat-free sour cream
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
Make soup using water according to the directions on the can. Add chicken breast and pico. Heat to boiling or until chicken is heated through. Divide into two bowls. Top each bowl with 2 Tbsp of sour cream and 1 Tbsp of cilantro.
Special Information:
This is a quick and hearty lunch, wonderful during cold weather. To make it really easy, use a 6 oz package of Tyson's fully cooked Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast, Grilled Chicken Strips, Southwestern Chicken Strips, or Fajita Chicken Strips. It's also a great way to use leftover chicken.
