Pineapple Angel Food Cake

Ingredients:
1 box angel food cake mix
20 oz canned crushed or tidbit pineapple in its own juice, undrained

Instructions:
In an electric mixer, combine cake mix and pineapple with juice scraping bowl occasionally.  Beat on medium for 2 minutes.  Pour into an ungreased 9x13 glass dish.  Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for approximately 30 minutes.  Do not under bake.  Foil may need to be placed around the edges of the cake for the last 5 to 10 minutes to keep the edges from browning too much while the center is finished baking.  Allow to cool completely before cutting.

Special Information:
This cake is great on its own without icing or can be topped with sliced strawberries and a dollop of Cool Whip Free.  Remember to count the POINTS for anything extra you pu on it!  Cut into 16 to 24 pieces, each piece has a POINTS value of 2.  Cut into 12 to 15 pieces, each piece has a POINTS value of 3.
