Feta Cheese Dip'n'Spread

Ingredients:
16 oz fat-free cream cheese
6 ½ oz roasted red peppers (jarred), drained and chopped
1 cup reduced-fat feta cheese crumbles
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp fresh dill

Instructions:
In a small food processor, pulse all ingredients together until smooth.  Cover and chill for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.

Yields 3 Tbsp per serving

Special Information:
This is an awesome dip that can used with baked or light tortilla chips and all kinds of fresh veggies.  You can stuff celery with it or use it on crackers or pretzels.  I also highly recommend it as a sandwich spread to be used in place of mustard or mayo.  Like to make those fancy pinwheel sandwich as appetizers?  Try this spread in place of plain cream cheese!  And, if you don't tell anyone they'll never guess that it's a "guilt-free" alternative!!
