Crockpot Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
20 oz canned pineapple tidbits in juice, undrained
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
8 oz Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry, frozen

Instructions:
Whisk mustard and soy sauce together.  Add pineapple with juice.  Place chicken in crockpot and pour sauce mixture over the top.  Cook on high for at least 6 hours.

Special Information:
Serve over white or brown rice.  Each ½ cup of cooked rice will add 2 POINTS per serving.  You can also serve it over an Asian vegetable medley.  POINTS per serving will vary depending on which vegetable medley you use!
