Points to Ponder

I believe one of the things that has made my weight loss journey such a success this time around is my realization of the frank honesty in that simple statement. If you want to change, you have to be willing change. If you continue to eat the same food, prepared in the same way, in the same quantities your weight is going to stay the same, too. Think change!
